Directions: Melt 1 stick butter (1/4 cup), then add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1 egg. Mix thoroughly then add a cup of cookie mix and mix well. Put dollups onto a baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
