KETO VEGETABLE PIZZA

200 Cal | 35g Protein | 8g Net Carbs | 20g Fiber | 4g Fat

DIRECTIONS:

  1. 1/4 cup Garlicaholic Bread Mix

  2. 1/2 cup Eggwhites

  3. 1/4 cup Plain nonfat Greek yogurt

  4. 1T of Oat Fiber

  5. Mix and pour in-dash express after spraying for 2 minutes. If you don’t have a dash express microwave.

  6. Flip and cook both sides of your breading

  7. In a little bowl add Plain nonfat Greek Yogurt and mix with ranch seasoning for some healthy ranch dressing to spread onto your flatbread

  8. Add the vegetables of your liking. (I added stuff like carrots, onions, broccoli, cauliflower, avocado)
