KETO MEAL PREP TACO
DIRECTIONS:
Add 3 cups Skinny, 3 cups Egg Whites, one and a half cups Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
Mix, spray the pan, and spread in an 11 x 17 pan
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
Cut into 12 even squares
Top with cooked taco meat, salsa, cheese
Wrap individually in parchment paper and put in a Ziploc freezer bag
