KETO MEAL PREP TACO

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add 3 cups Skinny, 3 cups Egg Whites, one and a half cups Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt

  2. Mix, spray the pan, and spread in an 11 x 17 pan

  3. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes

  4. Cut into 12 even squares

  5. Top with cooked taco meat, salsa, cheese

  6. Wrap individually in parchment paper and put in a Ziploc freezer bag

  • Egg Whites

  • Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt

  • Taco Meat

  • Salsa

  • Cheese
