Directions:

  1. Place fish on the pan

  2. Top with seasonings for taste

  3. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes (baking allows you to freeze it and not let it dry out when it goes back into the microwave)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Lb. frozen wild-caught salmon

  • Onion granules

  • Garlic granules

  • Oregano

  • Pepper
