Directions:

  1. 1/4 Cup (1 packet) Pumpkin Cake Mix

  2. 1/4 Cup Egg Whites

  3. 2T of Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt

  4. 1 Heaping 1/4 cup of Pumpkin Puree

  5. 2T Sweetie

  6. 1/2 Tsp. of Pumpkin Pie Spice

  7. Mix and microwave for 2-2:30 minutes
