DIRECTIONS:

  1. ¼ Cup Cinnamon Cake Mix

  2. 2T Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt

  3. 1/4 Cup of Egg Whites

  4. Microwave for 1.5-2 minutes

  5. Top with Cream Cheese Frosting (see recipe), and Walnuts
