KETO MEAL PREP PINEAPPLE CAKE

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add 3 cups Bakers Basic mix, 3 cups egg whites, one and a half cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt

  2. Add 1T of pineapple extract

  3. Mix, spray the pan and spread in an 11 x 17 pan

  4. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes

  5. Cut into 12 even squares

  6. Top with cream cheese frosting (see recipe), and white chocolate chips

  7. Wrap individually in parchment paper and put in a Ziploc freezer bag

INGREDIENTS:

  • Bakers basic cake mix

  • Egg whites

  • Plain nonfat Greek yogurt

  • Pineapple extract

  • Cream cheese frosting (see recipe),

  • White chocolate chips
