DIRECTIONS:

  1. 2 HTM Waffles (see recipe)

  2. 1/4 lb 93% lean Turkey seasoned with HTM seasoning

  3. (I use 1T HTM seasoning per 1 lb Turkey)

  4. 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese

  5. 2 oz sautéed onion

  6. (Sautéed Peppers and mushrooms optional)

  7. Put together in a sandwich

  8. Microwave 45 seconds

  9. Toast in Dash Express/panini/pan
