KETO PHILLY CHICKEN BOWL

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a cereal bowl mix 1/4 cup Skinny or garlicaholic bread mix, 1/4 Cup EggWhites

  2. 2T Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt

  3. Mix in the microwave for 90 seconds. Top with Philly chicken (see recipe for Philly chicken)

  4. Add sautéed onions peppers and mushrooms and mozzarella cheese

  5. Microwave again until cheese is melted
