DIRECTIONS:

  1. Prepare and cook your filling, with lean turkey, onions, cabbage, HTM seasoning separately

  2. 1/4 Cup skinny bread mix in a bowl

  3. 1/4 Cup eggwhites

  4. 2T Plain nonfat Greek yogurt

  5. Mix and put in Dash Express after you spray your dash with butter

  6. Wet your hands and spread out the mix across the griddle

  7. Let it cook on the griddle for about a minute then put your filling on top of the cooking mix

  8. Fold the mix over the filling like a pie & cook for a minute before flipping the pie over to cook for another minute
