KETO MEAL PREP MEAT PIZZA

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add 3 cups Skinny OR Barlicaholic bread mix, 3 cups egg whites, one and a half cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt

  2. Mix, spray the pan and spread in an 11 x 17 pan

  3. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes

  4. Cut into 12 even squares

  5. Top with pizza sauce, cheese, bacon bits and cooked turkey sausage

  6. Wrap individually in parchment paper and put in a Ziploc freezer bag

INGREDIENTS:

  • Skinny bread mix or garlicaholic bread mix

  • Egg whites

  • Plain nonfat Greek yogurt

  • Butter

  • Pizza sauce

  • Cheese

  • Bacon bits

  • Cooked turkey sausage
