KETO LEMON POPPY MUFFIN

DIRECTIONS:

  1. 3 cups Bakers Basic, 3 cups egg whites, one and a half cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt, 1/3 teaspoon lemon essential oil, 2 tablespoons poppy seeds

  2. Mix, spray the pan, pour into 11 x 17 sheet cake pan and bake at 350 for 45 minutes

  3. Cut in 12 sections and place in parchment paper, freeze in a Ziploc bag and enjoy

INGREDIENTS:

  • Bakers Basic cake mix

  • Egg whites

  • Plain nonfat Greek yogurt

  • Lemon essential oil

  • Poppy seeds

  • Butter
