KETO LEMON POPPY MUFFIN
DIRECTIONS:
3 cups Bakers Basic, 3 cups egg whites, one and a half cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt, 1/3 teaspoon lemon essential oil, 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
Mix, spray the pan, pour into 11 x 17 sheet cake pan and bake at 350 for 45 minutes
Cut in 12 sections and place in parchment paper, freeze in a Ziploc bag and enjoy
