KETO LEMON CHEESECAKE

DIRECTIONS:

  1. BASE: Use 1/4 cup Baker’s Basic Cake Mix with 2T melted unsalted butter & Mix

  2. FILLING: Cream Cheese Frosting (see recipe):

    1. 1 block Philadelphia Cream Cheese

    2. ¼ Cup Sweetie

    3. ¼ Cup Half & Half

    4. ¼ TSP vanilla extract

    5. 5 Drops Lemon Essential Oil (or to taste)

    6. Microwave 1 minute and blend

  3. Optional top with Reddi Whip Lemon Slices
