KETO LEMON CHEESECAKE
DIRECTIONS:
BASE: Use 1/4 cup Baker’s Basic Cake Mix with 2T melted unsalted butter & Mix
FILLING: Cream Cheese Frosting (see recipe):
1 block Philadelphia Cream Cheese
¼ Cup Sweetie
¼ Cup Half & Half
¼ TSP vanilla extract
5 Drops Lemon Essential Oil (or to taste)
Microwave 1 minute and blend
Optional top with Reddi Whip Lemon Slices
