DIRECTIONS:

  1. Microwave chicken Parmesan (see chicken recipe) for 1.5 minutes

  2. Place warm chicken on HTM tortilla (See Tortilla Recipe) in a pan.

  3. Put mozzarella cheese on each side of the chicken.
