KETO CHALDEAN TAHINI PIE

300 CALORIES | 19g PROTEIN | 6g FAT | 4g NET CARBS | 11g FIBER | 3PT WW

DIRECTIONS:

  1. 1 Large diced sautéed onion

  2. 1 TSP Curry

  3. 1 TSP Pink salt

  4. 1T Peanut butter

  5. 1T Tahini

  6. 2T Water & mix together for filling

  7. Bread: (I doubled the bread recipe)

  8. 1/4 cup skinny bread mix

  9. 1/4 cup eggwhites

  10. 2T plain nonfat Greek yogurt

  11. Mix and put in Dash Express

  12. Add filling and fold bread on top

  • Pink Salt

  • Peanut Butter

  • Tahini

  • Water

  • Skinny bread mix

  • Eggwhites
