  1. 1/4 Cup Egg Whites

  2. 2T Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt

  3. ¼ Cup Carrot Cake Mix

  4. Microwave 90 seconds

  5. Top with Cream Cheese Frosting (see recipe), and Pecans (optional)
