KETO MEAL PREP CARAMEL CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE

DIRECTIONS:

  1. 3 cups Bakers Basic, 3 cups egg whites, 1T caramel extract, one and a half cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt

  2. Mix all ingredients together, spray 11 x 17 pan, pour mixture into pan. Top with chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. You can use sugar-free caramel syrup to top the cake and add more chocolate chips.

  3. Cut in 12 pieces, wrap in parchment paper, freeze in a Ziploc bag and enjoy.

  • Bakers Basic cake mix

  • Egg whites

  • Caramel extract

  • Plain nonfat Greek yogurt

  • Chocolate chips

  • Sugar-free caramel syrup
