keto BREAKFAST BISCUIT BOWL

Directions:

  1. 1/4 Cup of skinny bread mix

  2. Add one egg (or egg whites for high protein)

  3. 2 Tablespoons of heavy whipping cream (or half and a half) and mix

  4. Cut up 2 cooked sausages and add it

  5. Add 1 Tablespoon of bacon bits

  6. Add 1/4 cup of cheese

  7. Microwave for 2 minutes

  8. Add more cheese on top

  9. Sprinkle some garlic and Italian seasonings

  10. Add parmesan cheese and put it back into the microwave (optional)
