keto BREAKFAST BISCUIT BOWL
Directions:
1/4 Cup of skinny bread mix
Add one egg (or egg whites for high protein)
2 Tablespoons of heavy whipping cream (or half and a half) and mix
Cut up 2 cooked sausages and add it
Add 1 Tablespoon of bacon bits
Add 1/4 cup of cheese
Microwave for 2 minutes
Add more cheese on top
Sprinkle some garlic and Italian seasonings
Add parmesan cheese and put it back into the microwave (optional)
