KETO BREAD OMELETTE

DIRECTIONS:

  1. 3 cups Skinny, 3 cups egg whites, one and a half cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt

  2. Mix, spray pan and spread in a large deep dish pan because this will overflow in a sheet cake pan.

  3. In a separate bowl add 1-quart egg whites, two chopped peppers, one chopped onion, one package of turkey sausage chopped. Mix and pour over the bread mixture

  4. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes until the egg is cooked

  • Skinny bread mix

  • Egg whites

  • Plain nonfat Greek yogurt

  • Peppers

  • Onions

  • Turkey sausage

  • Butter
