DIRECTIONS:

  1. 1/4 Cup EggWhites

  2. 2T Plain nonfat Greek Yogurt

  3. ¼ Cup bakers basic cake mix

  4. Mix thoroughly and pour into pancake maker

  5. Note: make sure the mini pancake maker is hot and sprayed

  6. Top with cream cheese frosting (see recipe), and blueberries
