KETO BLUEBERRY MUFFIN

DIRECTIONS:

  1. 3 cups Bakers Basic, 3 cups egg whites, one and a half cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon blueberry extract

  2. Mix, spray the pan, pour into an 11 x 17 sheet cake. Top with blueberries and bake at 350 for 45 minutes

  3. Cut in 12 sections, wrap in parchment paper, freeze in a Ziploc bag and enjoy

  • Bakers Basic cake mix

  • Egg whites

  • Plain nonfat Greek yogurt

  • Blueberry extract

  • Blueberries

  • Butter
