KETO BISCUITS AND GRAVY

DIRECTIONS:

Biscuit:

  1. 1/4 cup Skinny Bread Mix

  2. 1/4 cup eggwhites (add 1/4 teaspoon mashed potato extract to eggwhites if you want the bread to taste like potato pancakes)

  3. 2T plain nonfat Greek yogurt

  4. Mix and put in Dash Express or microwave 2 minutes. You can also use the waffles for the ‘biscuit’ if you like

Gravy:

  1. 1/4 lb ground Turkey

  2. 1 teaspoon HTM Seasoning

  3. 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

  4. Cook in skillet

  5. Put gravy on top of the biscuits and enjoy!
