KETO BISCUITS AND GRAVY
DIRECTIONS:
Biscuit:
1/4 cup Skinny Bread Mix
1/4 cup eggwhites (add 1/4 teaspoon mashed potato extract to eggwhites if you want the bread to taste like potato pancakes)
2T plain nonfat Greek yogurt
Mix and put in Dash Express or microwave 2 minutes. You can also use the waffles for the ‘biscuit’ if you like
Gravy:
1/4 lb ground Turkey
1 teaspoon HTM Seasoning
1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
Cook in skillet
Put gravy on top of the biscuits and enjoy!
