keto BEEF AND BROCCOLI

Directions:

  1. Microwave broccoli 3 minutes

  2. Rinse and pan-fry noodles in 2T sesame oil and HTM seasoning

  3. Add beef chunks, broccoli, soy sauce, and garlic powder

  4. Top with red pepper flakes for a nice kick!

  • 2 bags Skinny Ramen Noodles

  • 1 lb pre-cooked small beef chunks

  • 1 bag frozen broccoli

  • 2T HTM seasoning

  • 2T sesame oil

  • 2T soy sauce

  • 1T garlic powder

  • Pepper flakes (optional)
