KETO BBQ CHICKEN PIZZA

DIRECTIONS:

  1. (Optional) Sautee onions and peppers on your griddle or pan

  2. Add 1/2 cup of Skinny mix in a bowl, 1/2 cup of egg whites, 1/4 cup of plain nonfat Greek yogurt, then spread over your onions and peppers on your burner & cook for 3 minutes

  3. Put on BBQ sauce. Then put some in a little bowl to mix with chicken. Once mixed put on top of your pizza that is cooking

  4. Add pineapple for taste

  5. Add cheese & bacon bits and cook for a little longer

  6. Optional: top with Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes for a delicious zing

  7. Wrap individually in parchment paper and put in a Ziploc freezer bag (If wanted for meal prep)
