  1. 1/4 Old Banana

  2. 1/4 TSP Banana Extract

  3. 1/4 Cup Egg Whites

  4. 2T Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt

  5. 1/4 Cup Bakers Basic Cake Mix

  6. Mix and make pancakes in Dash Mini

  7. Add 1/8 teaspoon banana extract to 1/4 cup Twinkie filling (SEE RECIPE)

  8. Put filling between banana pancakes after they cool
