keto ASIAN CHICKEN

Directions:

  1. Rinse and pan-fry noodles in sesame oil and seasoning

  2. Add soy sauce, shredded chicken, veggies, water, bring to boil, and enjoy

  3. Top with red pepper flakes for a nice kick!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb cooked shredded chicken (see recipe in meats)

  • 2 bags ramen style skinny noodles

  • 1 bag frozen Asian veggies

  • 2T HTM seasoning

  • 2T sesame oil

  • 2T soy sauce

  • Pepper flakes (optional)
