DIRECTIONS:

  1. 1/4 cup EggWhites

  2. 2T Plain nonfat Greek Yogurt

  3. ¼ cup cinnamon mix

  4. Mix and pour into waffle maker

  5. Top with cream cheese frosting (see recipe), ¼ cup chopped apples, whip cream, and cinnamon sweetie (See Recipe)

  6. Note: make sure the waffle maker is hot and sprayed
